Wow where have we been??? We are all doing good. Here is a little about what has been happening!!!
Richard is still at the State Capital. He enjoys his work and Grandkids.He has been hunting With JC and they are enjoying each other. He has been a VERY busy man with going hunting, making it to kids soccer games, and watching tumbling.
Angie and Kiel, Angie is still doing daycare at her house. Kiel is still at his own business D&B and Enjoying there time with thier kids. They have been running all over with comp games and tumbling... Kennedy is getting Baptized next month.
Jc is working at Coke and enjoying his time taking his kids (aka his Dogs) out to go hunting...
Crystal and clint they just got sealed as a family in the bountiful temple. We are so proud of them. clint is enjoying his work. They have 2 beautiful kids chenielle has been such a BIG sister to her brother. and Victor loves her.
April and Jeff. April got a full time job working at millcreek she enjoys helping out troubled kids and Jeff is at IRS working full time and has been enjoying his time hunting with his dogs this year. Aspyn is getting ready to be baptized and Aidan and Jerzee has helped out a lot with thier baby Brother Jaxon.

Tonight, I was getting ready to go to work and Jeff was downstairs playing Xbox and there was a banging on my door. Well I flew downstairs and looked out the window and there was a cop I yelled at Jeff and told him. He came upstairs and told me to answer the door. So, I did and the cop said are you April Hart and I said yes and then the cop asked if I went to walmart tonight. and I looked at Jeff and said No the cop asked again are you sure? and my answer was still the same. and he said I have all of your paper work for your car. Insurance, ect. and Said he got the kid and said he took them from your truck. so Jeff called his dad and asked his dad to go look at our truck. So kevin did and this is what he found...............

The boy was only 15 years old and he took all my info. from my truck and went to walmart and tried to steal another truck. Well when I got there to look at my truck I noticed the licence plate was a different one he did the same thing to someone else truck before mine. and Left their licence plate on mine. So the cops came out and looked at the truck and then gave me the case number and said here you go so you can claim it on our Insurance and I told him I am NOT paying for it the kid can. and then the cop said then you have to take him to small claims court and I said I will. I think he should have to pay up. So then I asked the cop where they took the kid and let me just tell you I am glad they didn't take him to where I work (ARCHWAY). Cause I think I would have kicked his butt.....

I love New Years Eve. You get to reflect back on the past year of your life and look forward to the one on it's way. This past year has been so wonderful for me. And I am looking forward to 2009. The following pictures are of the NYE party. (NYE stands for both my last name and New Year's Eve) We had a lot of fun. Clint's siblings got together and hung out all night, all but Shane and Jen(we really missed your family). There were 12 adults and over 20 kids. We had a blast. The best part was watching Chenielle stay up WAY past midnight and celebrating it in her daddy's arms.

Wow where has the time gone my baby boy is now 3. I remember just having you in the hospital giving birth and then in the NICU and wondering if you were going to make it. but look at you now. My handsome boy.

You are such a good brother to your sisters. Jerzee looks up to you like your her hero. You guys play so well together.

our trip to stanford

jc and i went out to california last weekend to see my little sis at stanford. we took the dogs with us, and to our surprise, it was a blast! we were in no hurry, so we decided that we would stop and sight see when ever we felt the urge. those urges included a stop at Cal (in berkeley) to visit my friend (joanne boyle - the womens coach) and boomtown, nv to do some shopping at cabelas! it was such a fun trip. and was great to see michelle play. her team is so incredibly good this year!...jc was chosen to compete in a foul shooting contest at half-time of the game. the contest was to see how many free throws you could make in 30 seconds. he was competing against another guy who was shooting at the same time at the other basket. the winner received a free nights stay at a luxury hotel in palo alto! i was so excited because i was SURE jc had it in the bag. unfortunately he didn't win. but he sure looked good out there trying! :)...

Volleyball vs. mean girl

So I had a volleyball game on Saturday and the game was going great. I love playing volleyball. So the other team had a girl the same height as me. and I kept blocking her spikes and she was getting so mad at me. and I thought it was funny until I went up to block her again and her whole hand came over the net and slammed right into my thumb. Well I jammed my thumd a good one. and It hurts really bad. I really don't think how much you use your thumb until you get hurt. so I learned my lesson not to block every spike and not to piss off anyone when you are playing. Tonight I have a dodgeball game and I hope I can play tonight with a hurt thumb.

Kara, JC, Jeff and I went out on a date night. We went to dinner and then to the corn maze. It was fun just to hang out with no kids and be adults.

Since the men are going to be gone at the deer hunt. I am going to be doing a girls day of scrapbooking at my house on Oct. 18th at 1:00. Who ever wants to come is invited. jc had a fun night with his friends for his big 3-0! he and sam brought sam's ping-pong table to our garage, and there was an intense ping-pong challenge all night long! of all the cool gifts jc got for his birthday (hunting stuff, ipod touch, clothes, etc) his absolute favorite was the ping pong paddle sam gave him! he is such a kid at heart!

So! you think ruger is bad now, just wait until he is full grown and wants to cuddle on you! seriously! gracie has this creepy fetish with laying on me when i am asleep! yes, it's cute that she wants to be close, but so so annoying! she's a dog for crying out loud. i NEVER get any sleep because no matter what time of day/night it is, if i lay down the freak finds me! this is how i wake up every freaking morning - which is why jc is always so pleasantly awakened to an alarm clock follwed by me screaming 'GRAACCCCIE GEETTTT DOWN!' (which she never does so why even bother?)...has anyone else ever had this problem? help! i'm totally creeped out by waking up to her face every morning!

Aspyn has been needing a new hairdo. Today I told her I was going to cut it she freaked out. So I told her i was just going to trim the ends and she said ok mom that's it. Well what she didn't know is that I was chopping it off

So this is what it looked like in the end. I thought she was going to freak out but she didn't. She LOVED it. wow was I glad. When we were done she looked down at hurt swept up hair

jc and i went boating with some friends on july 4th. it was a perfect day and we were having a great time...UNTIL jc wrecked on one of the new wave runners and BROKE his tailbone! poor guy! the doctor says he has to use one of those 'doughnut' cushions to sit on for 6 weeks!

Gracie had her puppies! 6 males, 2 females!...She started the signs of labor around 2 am Thursday morning. By 2:45 pm her 'water broke' and we were sure the puppies were on their way...by 6:30 pm, still no puppies! The vet told us we needed to bring her in, so we took a trip to see him. Over the next two hours she had 4 puppies. We learned why she was having problems and how we could help her. We went home and she had four more! It was awesome; Crystal, Cheneille, and Sierra were there to see puppy #5 born!...I will post pictures of the cute little guys soon!

Thanks for the anniversary post! That was sweet!:)...that brings up a funny thought though!...When we moved to Bountiful it was probably the first time in a long time that we were meeting new people who didn't know our bizarre story. So, when people would ask the get-to-know-you questions, one of the first questions they would ask would always be 'how long have you been married?' There was always an awkward silence when we would say '...which time?' HAHA!...BUT, JC got kind of annoyed, and decided that we are always going to celebrate our anniversary on July 30 - which was the first marriage date (lol), and more importantly when we were sealed in the temple...So bottom line, I got JC an awesome anniversary gift, but I guess I have to wait to give it to him until next month! :)

Are family trip to florida.( Disneyworld)
we had so much fun we went to animal kigdom, magic kingdom, sea world, hollywood studio. it was a blast. when we got to are condo about 50 feet was a pond and what was living in there a alligator. it was fun and scary. when we went to animal kingdom. We all got to feed birds aspyn love it until one came and landed on her head she freaked out it was so funny. we had a blast but glad we are home now.it was 110 when we were there.

This morning when we got up at 7:30 everything was ok. I took Aspyn to school and got back at 9:30 Jeff told me to look at Aidan's jaw and this is what I saw. So I took him up to instacare and after 2 1/2 hour wait we got to see the dr. when the dr. first looked at him he thought it was the mumps. and then said No cause he was all up to date on his shots. So after looking at him he said he had a infected siliva gland and gave him atibiotics and said if it doesn't go down by friday to call him and we need to go to an Ear, Nose, and Throat dr. So everyone please pray for him so we don't need him to go to the dr. cause they will have to do surgery!!!! i thought I would show you guys.

Aspyn cheering at fremont's boys basketball game. she had so much fun the funny thing is they put her in the wrong age group they out her in the 6 to 12 year old girls she didn't even know the dance but she did a great job keeping up with them she said she had a blast.

i hope everyone had a great Halloween. we know we did all the kids got so much candy and they loved going door to door trick or treating. Aspyn was Hannah Montana, Aidan was a WWF wrestler Jerzee was little bo peep, Jeff was Billy Ray Cyrus, And I was Lola Hannah Montana's best friend

The Hart girls did these on friday. We had so much fun the are made out of clap pots. We also did frankinstein. They were so much fun to make. I think we should make some too!!! What do you guys think???

Isn't Jerzee growing up so quick. She is now walking with her walker. She thinks she is so cute!!! We took this picture on our trampoline on sunday. she loves when the kids jump on the tramp. She loves the camera to she always smiles when she see a camera!!!

We went to the hoagle zoo and watched the bird show and the eagle almost bit my head right before they took the pictures. It was fun though!!!
